Hours: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Payment: We ask for payment in full at the time of service. We will offer you a super bill for reimbursement if your insurance will cover our services.
Urgent Need: Stillpoint books about two weeks in advance. If you need to be seen sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you or refer you.
Referrals: To insure the best care for our patients, we work with your primary health care practitioner. We have a close relationship with our local hospital and a strong referral base, in the event that additional medical attention is needed.
Off Hours Concerns: Call our main number and messages will be returned within 24 hours.
Cancellations: Please notify the office at least 48 hours in advance of rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A fee will be charged for appointments missed without 48 hour notice.
Payment: Visa and Master Card are accepted. Stillpoint offers CareCredit, a special line of credit for health care services.
